cashit.gg is not responsible for any loss of items, 'currency' or access due to outages, bugs or external service failures.
cashit.gg is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. By using the site users acknowledge and agree that their use is at their own risk and cashit.gg shall not be liable for any damages, losses or other consequences arising from such use.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site or its services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
3. On-Site Chat
You may not use the chat for the following:
- Harass or make other users feel unwelcome.
- Advertise, spam or post referral links.
- Request money from users or staff (begging).
- Share pornographic or deep web content.
- Discuss political topics.
Use of the chat for unlawful purposes may result in account suspension, termination and potential civil or criminal liability under applicable law. By using the chat You agree to comply with all local, national and international laws.
4. Restricted access

5. Account bans
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account at our discretion. Any activity we consider suspicious, fraudulent or in violation of our terms may result in an immediate account freeze or termination.

7. Currency
All 'currency' on cashit.gg have no real-world monetary value. They may only be used within the platform according to our withdrawal or redemption options.
8. Refunds
You may be eligible to receive a refund if the site has made an error at our sole discretion. Errors outside of our control including but not limited to issues with your payment providers, or cryptocurrency wallet as well as mistakes in entering withdrawal addresses are not eligible for a refund from us. In such cases you must contact the relevant provider directly to request any correction or reimbursement.
9. Account Closure
An account may be closed whenever we deem it inactive. All rewards and progress associated with the account will be permanently lost.
We may amend our policies regarding inactive accounts. If your account becomes inactive under the updated rules, we may close it without compensation or further obligation.
